The 2nd dessert ever designed by the ASPC team...Oh, that's right that team was Phyllis and her 3 daughters who still help in some of the flavor and design profiles. This dessert begins with a toasted pecan and caramel base topped with a layer of our dark chocolate silk and a topping of our white chocolate Grand Marnier silk. We have swirled chocolate throughout the top and placed pecan halve around. I think you're going to really like this one if you are a Grand Marnier lover.
