Remember the "Cream Sicle" well here it is only in dessert form! All you baby boomers out there....REMEMBER those push up cream sicles...WELL.....this incredible dessert tastes just like the 50/50 bar, or CREAM SICLE that the "Good Humor Man" used to sell right out of his ice cream truck in your neighbor hoods....Hmmmm.....where is he NOW?

It begins with a buttery shortbread crust prepared right here at the bakery with a center of our white chocolate silk mousse. It is encapsulated with our white chocolate orange sherbet silk and finished with a ring of white chocolate.....YUMM, just like the "GOOD HUMOUR MAN", it doesn't get much better than this dessert, remember, everything old is "NEW" again! This is a great dessert for Easter....Fresh, light and ever so pleaseing!
