Tiramisu means "Pick Me Up" in Italian. A biscotti crust made from scratch here at our bakery, chocolate espresso silk, Marsala silk mousse, sour cream pound cake brushed with brandy and coffe, more Marsala mousse. What a great dessert this is. A biscotti crust made right here at our bakery is topped with our espresso dark chocolate silk. A layer of our white chocolate Marsala Silk Mousse is topped with a sour cream pound cake also baked from scratch here at our bakery! It is brushed with Brandy and coffee topped with another layer of our white chocolate Marsala Silk Mousse. This dessert is finished with dark chocolate shavings on top.

You can enjoy this dessert frozen or thawed whichever is your preference. When enjoyed frozen it's almost like eating ice cream only it doesn't melt quickly like ice cream....try this one for that person that has everything....it's great anytime of the year and it makes a "Fabulous" gift!
