Alaska Silk Pie Co. - Catalog - Madagascar Cream Torte

There's not a Boston Cream that can rival this dessert! This dessert was inspired by Phyllis's grandson Devon for his 6th grade graduation. He had asked Phyllis to make his favorite dessert, a boston cream pie, and Phyllis told him that she did not make a dessert such as that but instead created the Madagascar White Chocolate Cream Torte for Devon...it's still his favorite and he's now a junior in high school!

Two layers of our own sour cream pound cake, brushed with a "Madagascar Pure Vanilla". The two layers of cake are filled with our white chocolate cream silk MADAGASCAR filling and topped with our own chocolate ganache made right here at the bakery.
