Three of America's Favorites, White Chocoalte, Cheesecake and Creme' Brulee and rolled into one! This dessert is a delicious conbination of our own traditional New York Cheesecake batter and our own White Chocolate Silk with pure Mexican Vanilla. This cheesecake is baked for almost 3 hours very slowly and then cooled for another 3 hours before it is ready for the caramelized sugar and refrigeration. It has been prepared on a dusting of chocolate cookie crumbs that surround the entire dessert except for the top. This Cheesecake is like no other that you have ever experienced anywhere.....we can gurantee it!

Try this dessert with a raspberry sauce, orange sauce or with fresh raspberries or strawberries. Of course, it's GREAT all on its own too!
