White Chocolate Chai Cheesecake and shortbread...Oh my.... Our white chocolate Chai Cheesecake is uique and wonderful. It begins with a buttery shortbread crust made from scratch right here at the bakery. We then prepare our white chocolate cheesecake batter with brewed Chai tea and Chai tea spices.

After it has been slow baked we place a topping of our white chocolate Chai Silk to finish this elegant dessert.

Although the picture shows this dessert pre sliced it is only pre sliced if it is picked up at the bakery. For our drop ship mail order customers this dessert will come UNSLICED because it will not travel well once it is sliced.
