I just wanted to send you a letter letting you know how incredibly delicious your desserts are but also to the fact that I am a diabetic and have continued to enjoy your desserts.  Although I don't indulge nearly as often as I used to nor as I would like to, but when I do my blood sugar does not spike as it does with so many other desserts.  I have actually enjoyed one of your desserts in the evening and when I took my blood sugar the next morning it was only 128 which I thought was not bad for having consumed such a decadent delight!

When one of your delicious desserts arrives at my house, I follow the directions by placing it in the freezer overnight and I must say it is a challenge in itself to stay out of it while it sets back up.  The next morning I anxiously take it out of the freezer, let it thaw enough that I can cut it into slices so I can refreeze it, but of course I have a taste before it is refrozen.  I slice it into 12 or 16 pieces depending on which dessert I receive and then each time I want a piece of your wonderful dessert I just take my pre portioned piece out of the freezer while I am making dinner and it's ready for us to enjoy by the time we are ready for that little something over so good after dinner.  Sometimes I even have it for a mid morning snack on my way to work.....oh so naughty of me.

Thanks for so many wonderful years of your delicious desserts.  Keep up the great work and I'll keep ordering my little piece of heaven.
