Robert F. Burns has had an extensive career in all aspects of finance and accounting including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, bank financing and Wall Street relations.  His industry experience ranges from heavy manufacturing to consumer product companies.  This background provides great utility in the critical financial aspects of M&A transactions.

Mr. Burns was formerly CFO of Lynn Plastics Co, LLC, an innovator in PVC compound materials.  He was Vice President and CFO of Nutramax Products, a $130MM NASDAQ traded private label manufacturer and marketer of heath and beauty aid products.  During his tenure, he negotiated five acquisitions by Nutramax.

For 10 years, he was with Tetley, Inc., where he was the Vice President of Finance with this well known $300MM tea and coffee company with six manufacturing sites and assets in excess of $200MM.  Tetley was the subsidiary of Allied Domeq (UK).   Prior to Tetley, Mr. Burns also had further food industry experience at Inredeco, a Nestle subsidiary in the food importing industry and Iroquois Brands, LTD, a specialty foods items company.

Mr. Burns is a CPA.  He was a Supervisory Senior Auditor with Peat Marwick Mitchell providing services for clients in a wide variety of industries.

He has a BBA in Accounting from Pace University and an MBA from Sacred Heart University.  Mr. Burns also completed the executive finance course at Harvard University.
