|  Henry Simon has over 30 years experience in the development and executive management of electronic-product businesses for leading US companies. For Lexbridge, Mr. Simon will provide consulting services related to the valuation and commercialization of intellectual property assets.
In a 20-year career with Raychem, currently a division of Tyco Corp., Mr. Simon has been President and CEO of its subsidiary, Elographics (renamed EloTouch), a leading manufacturer of computer touch input products. He lead the market research, product development and commercial start-up programs for PolySwith, a re-usable fusing device, which now generates over $300 million dollars per year in revenue for Tyco. He was the Technical Director of Raychem’s Energy Division, which supplies high-voltage cable accessories to utility and industrial customers. Other Raychem assignments involved business acquisition, world–wide technology licensing, and Asian joint venture formation.
In addition, Mr. Simon has been Director of New Business Development for a division of Harris Corporation, Marketing Analyst at Corning Glass Works, and an Executive Fellow at the US Department of Commerce for the IEEE.
Mr. Simon has recently been involved in the development of hearing enhancement technology for which he was awarded a US patent.
Mr. Simon holds a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S, in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester. | |
