Stuart L. Fred, President, is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the organization. He concentrates the majority of his time with the development and construction arms of the company. In 1984, Mr. Fred formed Bomasada Development which specialized in the development and acquisition of multi-family and retail properties. Mr. Fred has been actively involved in site acquisition, design coordination, financing, management and the ultimate disposition of assets in excess of $1.5 billion. Mr. Fred has developed over 12,000 multi-family units and 1,250,000 square feet of retail/office space. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Design. Aside from his professional endeavors, Mr. Fred is an avid sportsman and one of the top-ranked amateur golfers in the State of Texas. He is a licensed pilot with in excess of 5,000 hours total time and is an active flight crew member on Bomasada's corporate jet.

John L. Gilbert, Sr. Vice President, is responsible for site acquisitions, feasibility studies, marketing and financing of Bomasada Group’s development projects. He also assists in managing the day-to-day functions of Bomasada Group and its affiliated partnerships and related-entities. Mr. Gilbert has been instrumental in the development, financing, marketing and closing of over $1 billion of commercial real estate transactions. He has been involved with institutional and private investors in the development, acquisition and/or disposition of more than 7,000 multi-family units. Mr. Gilbert was graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1979 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas. Mr. Gilbert is active in several civic and charitable organizations in the Houston area.

Ty Wenglar, Vice President, is responsible for all aspects of construction from budgeting and cost analysis through final turnover to management. Although his specialty is multi-family construction, Mr. Wenglar has been involved in various types of construction projects including hotels, luxury resorts and heavy industrial processing plants with a total value exceeding $900 million. Prior to joining Bomasada Group, Inc. in 2001, Mr. Wenglar worked in a variety of positions with several large Texas-based construction and engineering firms. Mr. Wenglar graduated from Texas A&M University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management followed by a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Houston Baptist University in 2000. Outside of the professional arena, Mr. Wenglar is an avid sportsman, particularly enjoying offshore fishing.

Chris Varnell, Project Manager, is responsible for management and budgeting for construction projects from conception to completion. Specific duties include management of project budgets, project permits, sub-contractor bid process, contract negotiations, contract administration, scheduling, quality assurance, and safety inspections during the construction process. Mr. Varnell's resume includes experience in residential, commercial and multi-family construction including garden-style, loft/mid-rise, and high-rise projects. Mr. Varnell earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University in 1999. Outside of work, Mr. Varnell enjoys spending time with family, fishing, playing golf and following his favorite sports teams.

Wayne Hubley, Field Project Manager, is responsible for supervising all of Bomasada's field personnel, including coordination of project supervisors and subcontractors. In addition, he oversees the design and installation of exterior softscapes for all of Bomasada's multi-family projects. Prior to joining BGI, Mr. Hubley was a principal in a family-owned construction company specializing in the restoration and upgrade of multi-family properties. Mr. Hubley has over 25 years of hands-on experience in multi-family residential and commercial construction totaling more than $600 million. He is actively involved in youth sports and is an avid fisherman.
