H&W Petroleum Co., Inc. is a petroleum distributor serving the Texas market since 1975. We have six locations in Texas including Houston, Waxahachie (DWF area), Longview, Lufkin, Waco and Freeport. H&W has new opportunities for drivers in the DFW and Houston areas.
You will receive generous benefits including a competitive 401k, health insurance, life and supplemental insurance, uniforms, paid holidays, vacation and sick pay. In order to be considered for a driver position at H&W Petroleum Co., the applicant should meet the following qualification standards:
Prefer a minimum 2 years verifiable safe and professional driving experience.
Must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to be able to perform all duties and functions of the job (FMCSR, Sec 391.15(b)(2)).
Must be able to safely operate a Commercial Vehicle
Must have a valid Class A or B Commercial Drivers License, a HAZMAT and Tanker endorsement is required.
Must not have refused a drug or alcohol test, failed a random, reasonable suspicion, post-accident, return-to-duty, or follow-up alcohol tests, or tested positive for controlled substances while with a previous employer.
Must meet the minimum physical requirements set forth by FMCSR Part 391.
Must have a negative pre-employment drug screening.
Background check, DOT physical and road test are required.
Must maintain a professional appearance.
