Home Winemaking: Ever had a fantasy of making your own wine? This class is for you! You will learn all the basics of home winemaking with hands-on experience covering all phases of winemaking from crush to bottling. Participants will demonstrate their newly acquired skills as they produce a red and/or white wine, depending on availability of grapes. Optional text is available to purchase in the class. Grapes will be provided. There will be a materials fee collected in class. All students must be 21 years or older. Course information: Course Number: Home Brewing Class: Our FREE class is designed for the home brewer looking to refine their brewing skills. Novice brewers are welcome. This intermediate level class takes you through the brewing process from partial mash to primary fermentation. We will discuss racking, bottling, and all other aspects of brewing.
