 We ship with our preferred carrier, UPS. Orders are shipped on Monday - Friday, and usually will be shipped on the same day the order is placed.
Gift certificates, when ordered with no other item, will be mailed out by USPS at no cost, unless you indicate a faster payment method thru UPS.
All items are packaged and shipped with the highest attention to safe delivery of your product. If, for some reason, your order is damaged during shipping, please DO NOT try to burn the candle in the damaged jar. Please contact us via e-mail or phone for instructions on sending your order back for replacement or refund. If your candle has been burned in any way, we will be unable to process an exchange/refund. Refunds will be processed minus the shipping fee.
