Return Policy for Lingerie, Costumes, Panties (Apparel)

If you need to return an item, please read the following and contact us at returns@suitespice.com
for a Return Merchandise Authorization #.  You must have an RMA# prior to returning your merchandise.  Please email us with any questions or concerns you may have about our policies.  We will handle your request in a prompt and timely manner, as your business is very important to us. 

  • All returns must be received within 25 days of original purchase. Any lingerie items that include panties, g-strings, or thongs cannot be returned due to health regulations. 

  • All clothing/costumes must be unworn and have original tags in place. **We cannot accept returns that smell of smoke and or perfume.**Halloween costumes must be returned at least one week before Halloween in order to receive a refund. This is to ensure the costume was not purchased, used for one night and then returned.**
  • Fragrances can be returned for a full refund as long as the package is unopened.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  If you decide to cancel an order after it has been placed, you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. 
  • A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return.  Please allow at least one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. 
  • Special offers may be subject to a reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation.
  • Refused packages by the buyer returned to us are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This includes items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization #.
  • Any package which has been marked for return without a Return Merchandise Authorization # will not be accepted.  Insufficient addresses provided that result in a return back to us are subject to a re-shipping fee.

    Exchanges

    If you would like to make an exchange, please email us at info@suitespice.com. We will set up for you the item of your choice for the exchange and issue you an RMA# for your returned product. Once your returned product is received the exchange item will be shipped and your credit card with be charged or credited accordingly. If a refund is due it will be credited to your credit card. If the total for the exchange item is higher than the original then the difference of the two items will be charged to your credit card.

    Domestic Shipping :

    We ship USPS, Fedex,UPS and DHL. However, our primary shipping company is USPS.   Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. (Business days do not count for Saturday and Sunday. All shipping is done Monday - Friday only.) If your item is in stock, we usually ship within 24-48 hours during the business week excluding Holidays.  This is not a guarantee due to high volume order days or periods such as Holidays, and high demand times for the merchandise we carry.(Halloween for Costumes)  Footwear is shipped directly from the distributor and may take up to 3 business days for your merchandise to ship.  In most cases, they ship promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Back Orders/Out of Stock Inventory

    We do stock a majority of our products to ensure prompt delivery. (Some items may have to be ordered from our vendors.)  In the unfortunate event we are sold out of an item, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available.  You will not be charged extra shipping on backorder items. Please contact us immediately if you do not want to complete the backorder process.
